Andrew M. Jun is an associate at Horwitz + Armstrong, PLC, specializing and counseling clients in corporate and securities matters. Mr. Jun also focuses his practice on general business litigation, contract disputes and transactional law. Prior to joining Horwitz + Armstrong, Mr. Jun worked at a civil litigation firm that exclusively represented, and served, as general counsel to thousands of homeowners’ associations across California, gaining invaluable experience in corporate law and civil litigation.

Mr. Jun obtained his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance and law from the Marshall School of Business, graduating cum laude at the University of Southern California. Thereafter, Mr. Jun obtained his J.D. at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he participated in the school’s business law program and acquired the program’s Business Law Emphasis Certificate. During his time in law school, Mr. Jun clerked for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the Central District of California, gaining knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and federal court procedures.

During his spare time, Mr. Jun enjoys hiking, playing and watching basketball, traveling, and frequenting the gym. Mr. Jun also loves spending time with his 10-year old maltipoo, Coco.
